The Hiring Process

Step 1
Initial Interview
The initial 30-minute interview serves as a preliminary opportunity to assess mutual fit.
Step 2
Technical Assessment
Denali will either assign a task or invite you onsite to assess your technical capabilities.
Step 3
Final Interview
The final interview is intended to go in-depth on key factors relevant to the role. Upon completion of this interview, a decision will be made regarding your candidacy.
